Our Branch Chief Shihan Bejoy Kr. Dhara being in the field of Karate for over 40 years makes him an well known and respectful man in the community.
Over years of Achievements both in the National and International level having numerous relations among different Countries in the world, Our Shihan aims to continue representing the Country standing at the World Level.
Being an well known Karateka Shihan indulges to provide the Best-In-Class training in field of Kyokushin Karate.
Notable Achievements
- 2023Appeared for Go Dan (5th Dan) test at Summer Camp 2023 under European Chairman Shihan Klaus Rex, Denmark
- 2016Represented Country at 5th World Cup (Japan), appeared for Yon Dan (4th Dan) also served as a Judge.
- 2018Represented Country at 5th World Weight Division Tournament, China with two selected students, also served as a Judge.
- 2019Represented Country at 3rd Asian Pacific Tournament, Myanmar with two selected students, also served as a Judge.

The Way of Truth
Kyokushin (極真) means "Ultimate Truth." It is a discipline of character, rooted in the philosophy of self-improvement and hard training.
Philosophy
Founded by Sosai Masutatsu Oyama, Kyokushin emphasizes that the true essence of Karate lies not in victory over others, but in the conquest of one's own weaknesses.
Training rigorously develops a strong spirit ("Osu no Seishin")—the spirit of perseverance.
IKO Legacy
Under Kancho Yoshikazu Matsushima, the I.K.O. Matsushima Group preserves the purity of Kyokushin Karate globally.
Our organization, led by Shihan Bejoy Kumar Dhara, is the official representative, ensuring direct affiliation with the Honbu in Japan.
Training
Located in Batanagar, Kolkata, our dojo offers comprehensive training for all ages, from beginners to competitive fighters.
Under expert guidance, students master Kihon, Kata, and Kumite, embracing "Budo Karate" as a way of life.
