Shihan Bejoy Kumar Dhara

Shihan Bejoy Kr. Dhara is a renowned figure in the world of Martial Arts, holding the prestigious rank of 5th Dan Black Belt from Honbu, Japan. As the Branch Chief of India for the I.K.O. Matsushima organization, he has dedicated his life to the propagation and teaching of traditional Kyokushin Karate.

With over 40 years of experience in the field, Shihan Dhara is not just an instructor but a mentor who has shaped the lives of countless students. His journey is marked by numerous accolades at both National and International levels.

His vision extends beyond just physical training; he aims to instill discipline, respect, and mental fortitude in every student. Under his guidance, the State organization has grown to become an independent powerhouse.

Notable Achievements

2023Appeared for Go Dan (5th Dan) test at Summer Camp 2023 under European Chairman Shihan Klaus Rex, Denmark

2016Represented Country at 5th World Cup (Japan), appeared for Yon Dan (4th Dan) also served as a Judge.

2018Represented Country at 5th World Weight Division Tournament, China with two selected students, also served as a Judge.

2019Represented Country at 3rd Asian Pacific Tournament, Myanmar with two selected students, also served as a Judge.
